Haha To be honest, I don't ever know all of EU realms as I only play on 3-4 of them(In my own little bubble I guess)

Seething is shit & weird in every bracket, Ever at max level. At max level, 90% of the bg will just afk or walk away like chickens doing nothing

Think 19/20 are most active on retail. I see alot of twinks in each bracket on wrath.
