I know about the war campaign but speaking to the npc on the ship there's no option to sail, do you need to be higher level to go there and is there any other way ()alliance side ?

First time twinking and i wanted to know whats the fastest way to gear up to ilvl61 gear so i can start farming WOD dungeons for ilvl81 items, quick note i am pure f2p, playing Survival Hunter if that matters
