DPS difference between 10-15

The character above is my level 10 twink, and I'd like to advance him to level 15 in order to team up with my level 15 hunter Colky for Iron Docks runs (dual box). However, I have some reservations about potential power loss during this transition. What can I anticipate when making the shift from level 10 to level 15 and an item level of 59 to 74?

I would just make another one. Leave one at 10 and have another one at 15. Would be a waste to level him up and make all those epics obsolete. Damage will go down, but it's the trade-off for more content and abilities I guess. I prefer 11 for Maul. There's been a bunch of threads about this breaking down scaling at each level. You'll still be strong though since you're a druid after all.
