I've made a Chardev for you. I chose human so you get the PvP trinket as your racial, clearing up a spot for your second AGM.
Basically, I've made two Chardevs, the haste set, which is used for a cluster of attacks per second, and the agil set, which is less attack speed, but larger damage. It depends on personal preference.
By the way, if you feel confident on your kiting skills, you can replace the boot chant with 7 Agility. =D

Also, forgive me if I make a mistake, I'm used to heirlooms.
If you didn't know, skinning is glitched on Chardev, it goes up to 150, but ingame, it goes up to 225. Take that into account. XD
Remember to check your talent point, and about pets. Anything you want, they don't get unique until 20.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, in order to get 24 armor to the pants, you must first buy the pants, and give it to a character above level 15 to put the armor kit on the pants, then mail it back to you.
