Unavailable Queue Times?

I've tried entering WSG and Arathi Basin on exp locked level 10's on both alliance and horde but can't seem to get in any games, even at peak times. Does anyone here get in games quickly with exp off?

no, only when games are scheduled do we get xp off games. check the forums regularly for the posts.
