4k is possible. You get it with holiday buffs. Possibly not working as intended, since the buff stacks.
 
Smitten Buffs. you can get them by Kissing every Flying Goblin cupid thingy from every Major city.. and they stack
 
If you /kiss Kwee Peddlefeet he gives you 200 hp for a hour. You can do it 4 times. Once in every major city.

Thats 800 extra hp
 
I've gotten over 3k without any holiday buffs.

Not very hard, not impressed.

Anything over 4k and I'll be impressed.

It's 800 HP. That makes such a difference that you refuse to play for two weeks? You also get a SP or AP buff to compensate, as well as daily single use buffs to int/agi/stam/spi. 800 HP is less than one crit. Not really that big a deal and certainly not a reason to stop playing for two weeks.

u can get six smittens by going to dmf once you get all for and porting back outside and getting ogr and TB smittens again twice but thats it anymore and youll revert back to 4
