Holy Paladins safe to play again

Since all healing and shields got a 15% nerf, does this mean Holy Paladins are safe to play with again? I like strong healers, I just don't wanna live through like 5 people because I crit for 1.6k healing, but because I actually played my class correctly and I didn't make mistakes. I always liked Holy paladins out of all healers, but I reaaally didn't want to play one the way they were at the beginning of 5.0.

So is it safe to try and play one again? xD
 
They're not as bad as resto druids, but can still tank 3+ dps.
 
Depends on what you mean safe.. Safe as in being able to 1v4 things for minutes on end? sure. Safe as in being fun and not being unbeatable? No. Any of the good Hpals now adays have around 2k hp and spam denounce asap as something comes in range. Denounce crits me for 450 while they can still crit for 1.5k heals as well as divine shielding whenever it gets risky and running away with 70% boost.

Sadly enough they still aren't as bad as Rdruids to me :/
 
I hate how any idiot can be a druid now, it takes all the credibility of being a good fc away :l

as far as FC's go i think that you are still the best druid around kibbles&bits :)

honestly 95% of the new druids don't know any of the jumps or how to fondle the horde tunnel roof the way you do......


.........but if they did... i'd have to teach them a lesson with my rogue because that is where i like to take my naps while my team GY farms xD
 
I refused to dps anyone playing an hpal, its just cruel. And Kibbies, Bend, and Cower #1 fc fersherrr

i have a 20 h-pal, notice nothing from this claimed change, i believe it's another lie....can't trust the blue posts and some of the claims of fixes....in hot fixes, patches, and expansions.

Well there is still a difference between the druid fcs that run around in reindeer form with 4 stacks, and those who outmaneuvers 3 rogues on tunnel roof. I think the difference between a good fc and someone with no clue, has indeed become smaller, but you can always scout a good rdruid from far away.

Hairy! Stop shooting yourself in da foot >:O

Your team needs that DPS. Maybe not in a 1v1 situation, I would just run away, I wouldn't kill a warrior as a healer, but in a big fight, you need as much DPS as possible. But I respect what you're saying, just wanted to say the foot thing /giggle :)

I made the mistake of playing my horde paladin to help Veinte get some honor for his mage, something about a staff. Anyhow, it was really boring, won't be PvPing on my paladins probably ever again. unless as ret, who knows.

I miss healing but it's so broken right now, I can't be a part of it. Don't get me wrong, we need healers but I just don't think I want to be one right now :)
 
Why are you asking if a class is "safe" to play? Play what you like and follow your heart, don't listen to what anybody says. Also, they are playable, but, they still are OP, as are all healers.

Oh I know i dps'd in important moments like killing efc and things but 1v1ish situation i just casually run away.. unlike all the a-hole resto druids that chase my warlock across the field while my team kills their fc ;)
