he tried to lead some kinda half-assed crusade against 29s, trying to get people to NOT play the bracket solely because he couldnt obtain the GF gear, he literally came into the 29 threads to do nothing but call all 29s crutchers (<-- lol 24 rogue) and trying to steer people away from the bracket

the first time i ever encountered him, he was rerolling a 39 because "he didnt like the burst of 49s, it was too skilless" so his answer to that was to roll a 39 full glass cannon ap ambush rogue, and his rotation literally was ambush>arcane torrent> vanish>ambush>evisc and if you somehow lived through that he would just prep and vanish/ambush/evisc again

1. The only people who I know that play on random servers on a regular basis are Yde and Açai, although Açai spends most of his time on gw2. Mialo barely plays the game anymore, Kablam is busy with school, Medan quit a long time ago, and Earl has nothing better to do while he waits to turn 21. I couldn't care less what the actual outcome is, I'm just bored and curious.

Someone wanna break the formula down for me? I don't get the max/min notation (I'm assuming it's from excel) and the commas are confusing me. Also I'd post but I don't have any toons that qualify because of my AB games played.

edit: also I don't know how you're working in flag caps but there could be a major distortion of stats for FC's as a result of it. BY awarding credit to flag caps (or returns) you're also giving credit to people like rogues that refuse to pass the flag to druid FC's because they can sprint or people who tunnel flag returns instead of going for focus kicks/shears, warstomps, wingclips on heals etc.

Second of all, I know for a fact that I wasn't talking shit but I will gladly do so now. You're an idiot for calling any of them out for multiple reasons. The first of those reasons is that you're simply wrong. None of the "OG AP players ftw" bullshit was even mentioned in this thread but that's what you refer to. Along with that, you're wrong to critique any of the people that you called out because, believe it or not, they're the ones in this thread who are actually contributing to the most to the successful creation of a "formula." All of their comments (for example, the low ab win percentage directly leading to increased "skill"), regardless of how some chose to phrase them, are contributing to the improvement of the formula. From what I can tell, the things that they are bringing up are exactly the kind of advice Glance is looking for.

I don't know about the not being any elitist. Earl seems to be the raw essence of an Elitist. Although I believe its justified, even though I have never fought with or against him there seems to be alot of people who can vouch for him. However I don't think he is a negative Elitist, he just doesn't pull punches from what I have seen. Although I don't see the point of being a negative Elitist, as it really isn't anything special to be good at this game. I mean don't get me wrong! I love this game to death, and I follow my favorite End-Game Warriors around, and watch their PvP vids with avid interest, and I think they are badass. But still I wouldn't grow an E-peen at being good at a video game.

This isn't directed at anyone in particular anyway, just my view on the whole "Elitist" thing.
