It is as farmable as Mindthrust Bracers, Staff of The Shade etc, and any other level 16 (ilevel 21) zone drop item from SFK so It does not fit into the "nearly gf-d" circumstances as Shadowfang.
With that being said, it is not likely that anyone would transfer to you as AB is worth anywhere from 5k-10k merely for convenience. If there are multiples on the AH I would say 6k or so is roughly the highest it would sell for. If it is not commonly on the AH you may get lucky selling it for 10k for transmog purposes only.

There are only 5 mobs level 21+ (4 bosses + 1 rare spawn)
Every other mob is level 18+ meaning that every single mob in sfk has a chance to drop AB where as only 5 mobs can drop Shadowfang.
Chests and locked chests have levels like mobs do too.
Most chests will drop blue / green items that have an equip level of anywhere from 16-18
If you are lucky enough to get a chest that has greens / blues that require level 19+ to equip you actually had a decent shot at getting a Shadowfang from that chest as zone drops can also drop from zone chests.
Gloomshroud, Duskbringer, Necrology Robes etc are all NOT ON ANY OF THESE LOOT TABLES because they used to be equip level 20 ilevel 25 meaning that level 22 mobs in sfk have a chance to drop the old versions.
However a) there are no level 22+ mobs in sfk anymore since arugal's former level of 26 was nerfed and he no longer even exists in the instance
and b) these items have been recreated into equip level 16 ilevel 21 items but were never placed back into the zone drop loot table for Shadowfang Keep.

ok now im the dude who got 20 sfs / who has TUJ notifications running 24/7 and i know it has the same drop rate, i made sfk 1k time and i found 10 mt braccers and 0 AB so no need to write 100 lines it has the same drop rate -_-

Sorry to tell you this but the entire loot dropping system is a formula that doesn't change depending on the specific item.
Your information is literally based on nothing but your RNG.
The information I provided is factual information about how the loot system actually works.

ok don't ask me why blizz do that, but AB is 100 times rarer than other lvl 16 dop rate :
