Graveyard containment will happen whether it is end-game Rated Battlegrounds, XP-on Battlegrounds, or low level twinking. Although I haven't played in the low level twinking brackets yet, it seems like it isn't much different from graveyard containment in any other Battleground setting judging from the replies in this thread. I know it can get frustrating, having been on the receiving side in the past myself, but you have to realize it is nothing personal. It has proven to be an effective strategy to win games so I don't see why it should be stopped. In the worst case you can just take /away in the game and hope to get a more balanced game later, or just choose not to resurrect.
