Which class and spec has the most cc/utility ?

I was personally thinking either a panda BM hunter with crane pet and monkey or a disarm pet spec into web trap disengage and use roar of sac pet talent / or a panda ele shaman

for this discussion please keep it to dps classes
include race and talent choices as well as spec

I think u gain damage at what ever location your pet is at the damage might be a lil smaller over all but frankly being able to kill an enemy u target coming up tunnel with just ur pet slammin kc seems pretty nice. Kc also has a 20yrd range from target so it allows u to get your pet to the target faster for disarms and what not

She is mostly retired since I play a goblin hunter on AP now, but when Xiuying was my primary hunter, I used her completely as a CC for FC assist and defend. Crane and monkey pets, and Narrow Escape for talent. That gave me six different sources of CC.

I actually disagree. There are a couple of situations as a defender where it helps to have a source of damage at your pet, rather than at your bow. One example I can think of is when you're defending the flag point and you know someone is on the second level waiting for backup. I can send a pet up there and Kill Command them until they either a) leave, b) start fighting the pet, in which case I recall the pet, or c) jump down into the fray and get killed. You can decide for yourself whether that's useful enough to warrant the loss in damage, but keep in mind that the purpose of this build is for CC, not damage.

Frostmage with Blazing Speed or Ice Floes:


Nelf to disrupt casts from enemies via shadow melt
Dwarf for getting immune to poisons
Worg for extra sprint

Belf for even more CC
Troll for berserk
Gobbo for rocket jump and health pots

If a panda BM don't go with Crane. Go with a Wasp or Bat for stun instead of sleep.

I've checked the cc guide but just to make sure do either the panda slap, monkey poo, scatter or crane sleep dr with each other ? Cause I'm trying to come up with a rotation for max cc length on 2 healers with a dismiss pet involved

Monkey is a disorient but in category of a stun for dr ie it will lower the length of other stun type disorients

This sounds so nice the more I think about it just wish my priest were panda instead of fem cow in wedding gown . But hey I guessing could do some sort of jump in war stomp to Maybey bait a trink then psy moo followed by a chastise on the first healer to trink that then dominate mind ?

Monkey breaks on hit too.

OT : A Panda Holy priest would be the best choice. Use their stun tog et near enemy (a Worgen would be faster) , fear him , get physifiend, fear him again. go near him , stun with panda thingy.
Than there is a Belf Sruv hunter that uses his bat. when enemy starts to heal or comes near you you just use SonicBlast(Bat) . And than scatter shot , and than belf rracial to gain moar focus&Silence.
