Ok, I'll admit it, the monk poll thread wasn't so good. It could have been much better in regards to 2-3 of the candidate slots. Shaman should be an improvement - I am hoping it is very even, as all 10 candidates have some merits. I tried to pick players from a variety of guilds, and even included a whole three shamans with EU origins. Really hoping to get more votes this time - 75 was my goal for monk, but it slowed down and got locked at 74. Again, my apologies to any worthy shamans who were not included, as 10 is not nearly enough. Please read the descriptions and vote - may the best shaman win! 
Cyberbullyxd(Darkdxpvp)
People say that the top twinks in 19s are big fish in little ponds. This guy came from the 24s bracket, where he was a big fish in an absolutely tiny pond. After gaining some traction as the top shaman in the WoD prepatch, Cyberbullyxd has maybe lost some of his luster in more recent months. Still being a relative newcomer, this poll gives him another chance to establish himself as one of the top shamans in the bracket.
Drcooperphd(Bolt)
I truly don't know much about this guy. He is a recent transfer from EU, a beneficiary of the GG Nineteen Project. Some of these funded twinks may not pan out, but Drcooperphd has made the most of it, impressing all with his resto shaman play in WSG. He can also talk a mean game on TI, under his forum name 'bolt'.
edit: He was actually on US servers 2 months before GG19 began and had many twinks funded before it.
Maineack
Known mostly for his amazing warlock play, Maineack has more recently diversified his twinking and picked up a resto shaman as his main twink. Now once again a core premading member of <Skill Ratio>, he seeks to hone his skills for the challenges to come later this summer. While Maineack on shaman may not yet inspire the same fear as Maineack on lock, he is quickly reaching that peak level of ability.
Mutando
Every poll needs its dark horse. Mutando fits the bill as a shaman who comes in relatively unknown. He is the leader of <Waka Flocka Seagulls>, the new Oceanic guild on the block, and is quickly getting it ready for the 2015 Twink Cup. These days he is busily working his resto shaman skills up to the level of his leadership skills.
Nicozy
Unlike the other two EU entries in this shaman poll, Nicozy has a pretty long history on the US servers. When <Tough Love> originally came over and threatened to take over the bracket, Nicozy was their healing workhorse, the motor that made them run. Even though TL has since taken a back seat in the bracket, Nicozy has continued to play a respectable shaman in the gulches.
Purj
If Grandfather Time played a twink in WoW, it would be Purj. Even though he has adapted to the times, Purj still gives that impression of an old-time twink slogging away as Browntown's right hand man. Having been in the bracket so long, Purj is often seen unleashing some oldschool tricks upon his opponents. A win in this poll can prove to the community that he has truly become a WoD-era shaman.
Restopathic(Daddy)
Formerly a big name of the 20-24 bracket, Restopathic has gone the path of Cyberbullyxd and now competes against him as the top ex-24 shaman in the bracket. Having impressed many with his play, he now finds himself as the A-team shaman of <Harvest> and a "Goblin" of <Skill Ratio>. His rise has been truly meteoric, but a win in this poll can keep his reputation rising well into the future.
Roula
Just like Drcooperphd, Roula is a relative newcomer to the US 19s scene, but he has long been a known member of TwinkInfo. On a personal level, he has seemed a very impressive shaman and been fun to play against (and maybe with? don't know) in the gulch. He now features as the top shaman in <jesus christ marie> on Bleeding Hollow alliance, looking to team up with Ezeron and some 70s nerds this summer.
Flummy(Yowza)
After some humble beginnings in late Wrath and early Cata, Yowza made his mark on max level PvP with ridiculously high arena ratings. Thereafter applying these skills to twinks, he has cut swaths of destruction through the gulch on multiple classes, perhaps none more dramatically than shaman. Yowza will play on the RBG Hero team this year in the 2015 Twink Cup, where he hopes to take home the big prize.
Zeirenn(Dasfizzla)
Das has the distinction of being the first ever winner of a Top Twink Poll. It was in 2012, and shaman was the first class. He then placed third on the final poll, after Saxxon and Hurrx. Three years later, he seeks to retake his throne atop the mountain. Das (or Zei as he is now known) has been heavily featured for some years in SR and its predecessor guilds, and this consistency may give him those extra few votes needed to be named number one once again.
