Just wondering if 70 is the best level to twink below cap if you are looking for only PVE? 60 is also a good choice, but there is going to be alot less instancing to do at 60 after the 4.0.3 patch.

Is it possible to even get the quest for the bloodsail title at level 1? Wowhead says level required is 55.

Don't buy accounts. Someone sells it and then Oh, they change their mind and want it back. They just call blizzard and get it back. Or they are scamming you and call blizzard and get it back. Either way, they get the money and keep the account.

Crul'shorukh, Edge of Chaos is BIS. Below that, most are the same, get a PVP weapon or whatever else you have access to. Seriously just go to wowhead and search, they have amazing filters you can put in whatever you like and get the BIS list in seconds.

AQ20 is not being removed, only changed to a 10 man raid because of the new system for raid lockouts they are imposing. There was only one 20 man raid and one 15 man raid, so they are eliminating those from the equation. AQ40 is staying along with MC and BWL. What that means for level 60...
