Oh prease. If it wasn't for us (F2P community), their would not be an active 20-24 bracket. The only reason 24s exist is to be able to beat on the 20s. If you'd really be a twink with good sportsmanship, you would delete your 24 and play lvl 20 twinks (with chants and cata capacity). But...

You`ve never been able to swap armor slots in combat. Only weapons are duable mate. You must have been out of combat when you swaped boots

I might be wrong. Don't quote me on it but BoA pants might be part of the obtainable BoAs from DMF in 4.3. Their was some talking that their would be BoA vendors there... so they maybe-MAYBE- added new boas. I would have expected a shield but... pants? Food for thought
