Can F2P's access BfA?

So my account is PURE F2P, so account achievements would still be with limitations of F2P, but yeah, I would go for anything possible (account wide as a pure F2P) I killed a scout, but I can't loot with my F2P, whys that?

If you have Outland Engineering (if it shows skill out of /75 or whatever), i would assume, you could be able to level...guess we have to wait for DMF to find out

So I was going through the patch notes and saw that "Darkmoon Faire quest-based skillups now apply automaticcaly to the most recent expasion profession progess that is not at its maximum" So for those that have Northerend, Cataclysm, Pandaran cooking, guess it will be 'easier' to level them up now
