Dragonflight Twink Level

I have farmed some chests to open so I can get some twink gear, I wanted to know what level I should open them at.

I assume there are multiple levels that I can choose from, but what would be the best/most common?

Whatever chests you have farmed up won’t be giving any good twink drops anymore.

Twink BiS is from Dungeons at low level and Raids at higher levels.

The only way it could be valuable is if the items had no req lvl, then it could be decent for 1 twinks, but I doubt that can be done with chests.
