EU+US Are Shadowfang swords BIS for WW monk? Also why do people choose land slide over dancing steel?

Yes. Unless your going for a more balanced stam/haste build. I would atleast run one MH and then you can run one BoA OH.
Also people run LS over DS because although it procs less often it's 75 agi vs 26.

Even if your monk is 20, once landslide procs your FoF will 1 shot everything anyways, so I don't see any point in wasting gear like Shadowfang / Gloom on a Monk.

Run boa fists with landslide and crit haste agil build (all the boas pretty much) and I would say multi strike chants just for shit n giggles because if you do u get like 1-3 extra 900 fof ticks

Twinking is gone in Legion. Your Sfangs will just be pretty blue relics you overpaid for. Think about that, the expansion drops in 3 months, with a prepatch in 2. You have 2 months to get any sort of enjoyment out of Sfangs.

Nope, everything about gear is being removed from pvp (except ilvl). So you could have a bunch of high ilvl white gear and do better in pvp than someone with sfangs, gloomshroud (basically all the 'bis' stuff), ect.
