Best Twink for PvP in Retail (Trial Account)?

I know absolutely nothing about twinking a character and the reason I'm doing this is because money is tight for me and I can't afford to consistently have a sub. I stopped playing WoW for 3 years and looked at getting back into it because of how much I missed the PvP.

How would I go about twinking a character for PvP as a trial account?

Which race/class would be best?
