Curious about Stats.

Curious about stats and how much they impact level 1 twinks.
was thinking of actually doing a Shaman, only to get both the new lvl 1 Staff of Jordan and Icemail Jerkin at the same time, as i have a few extra of both. Does haste work well enough to lower the cast time of lightning bolt from 2.5?
Curious as to what the cast time of most classes spell abilities are, and how much the stats change that.

I think this is probably the first time I've posted here, but I've been twinking characters and watching these forums for quite a long time

I actually have a full socket level 1 shaman with full int haste gems I’ll tell you about stats and stuff tomorrow
