speed enchantement

I am new to this, I saw that another xp locked lvl 10 had ilvl 59 bracers that had a +8 speed enchant on them and belt that had +5 speed enchant on them. I have tried searching what enchant or spell it is, but I have had no luck finding them. Can anyone please help.

Sounds like a gem not enchant? If it is, it’s BFA gem

On the auction house search on the "other" sections of gems, should be below the dragonflight gems.
